There are many bad things that become a stigma about introverted personalities, ranging from shy, quiet, to antisocial. In fact, what actually happens is that the personality divisions of introvert, extrovert, and ambivert do not come from the stigma, but the separation of personality types based on the way a person gets his energy back after activities.
If extroverts get energy when in a crowd, then introverts will be the opposite, in that, they tend to get tired and run out of energy when in a crowd, and will need time to be alone as a way to recover their energy. And actually the term ambivert does not even exist, because no human being has a perfect balance between extrovert and introvert, and must have a tendency to one side even if only slightly.
Overcoming Stigma
Introverts are not anti-social people, it's just that they are more selective in filtering out the right people to become their circle. So they are a little difficult to trust other people to open up.
In addition to the stigma mentioned above, there is also another stigma that says that introverts will be more difficult to develop than extroverts. Actually not really, many people are also introverts who are able to do more than extroverts. Maybe, from a social point of view, it is true, if introverts have a small number of relationships, which means that it will also affect their career life.
However, one's career also cannot be determined based on a large number of relationships. Not infrequently many relationships will leave when thoughts are not in line, financial conditions are slumped and so on.
In contrast to introverts who even have small but strong relationships, because introverts view other people not from position, wealth, and interests. However, introverts will look at thoughts, and personalities before allowing other people to enter their environment. So it will be easier for introverts to maintain relationships.
If extroverts build their existence by building and developing their relationships, there must be a different way that introverts do to build their existence. Introverts will build their existence through deep thoughts, able to create the latest breakthroughs along with analyzing the risks and dangers that arise when making decisions.
Opening mind
Introverts, if they are able to develop themselves properly without feeling inferior and inferior when labeled as a strange person, then, in fact, they are able to develop as well as extroverts, or even surpass it. It's just that, many introverts prefer to keep their ideas under wraps, just for fear of being labeled weird, and different.

The silent introvert stigma is also wrong, because what actually happens is that introverts prefer to discuss with their own minds, and before getting to a conclusion, introverts will prefer to keep it. However, if an introvert dares to overcome that fear, then at least, a degree of balance with extroverts will be obtained.
